Two Cornish country house hotels have changed hands off asking prices of more than pounds1 million each. Agent Christie and Co sought pounds1.5 million for the Rose-In-Vale Country House Hotel at Mithian, near St Agnes, while offers over pounds1 million were sought by Colliers Robert Barry for the Well House Hotel at St Keyne, near Liskeard.
The Rose-In-Vale is a Grade II listed former manor house dating back to the Georgian era. It is set in ten acres of grounds with a heated open-air swimming pool, a feature summerhouse, trout stream, ponds and woodlands.See the full content of this document
