Summary
A rotary club is planning to stage a murder on a South Devon railway line to raise funds for charity. The murder mystery night is being organised by the Rotary Club of Torquay on the Buckfast- Totnes line of the South Devon Railway. Dubbed the Murder on the Buckfastleigh Express, the event will raise money for Rotary charities including the Rowcroft Hospice, the local branch of Childline, ShelterBox, Polio Eradication and other local charities. Tickets for the murder mystery cost pounds25 which will include a return ticket on the heritage train as well as a two-course dinner served on tables on the train. The train will leave Buckfastleigh at 7.30pm on Friday July 25 but organisers are asking people taking part to arrive at 7pm so they do not miss any vital clues.
