The NHS needs to tackle waste to save millions of pounds a year on the products it buys, according to MPs.
The Commons Public Accounts Committee said there was "poor" information over what health trusts bought and the prices they paid. The committee's report comes after a warning in February that around Pounds 500 million a year was wasted in NHS procurement of medical supplies and basic items.See the full content of this document
