A NURSE accused of failing to update patient records forgot to write an elderly man had not had any food or drink for more than three days, the Nursing and Midwifery Council was told yesterday.
The man, referred to as Patient A, suffered from Parkinson's Disease and would often sleep for long periods of time, it was said. He once slept for 96 hours straight but nurse on duty Reginald Devadhas, 36, failed to note he had not been fed, the hearing in London was told.See the full content of this document
