THE owner of a Chinese takeaway where rat droppings, hair, food debris and a black layer of grime were found, has been fined Pounds 3,015.
Torbay magistrates told Wai Chuen Chung yesterday that customers at the China Garden in St Marychurch Road, Torquay, were at risk of serious illness and food poisoning because his eatery was so dirty.See the full content of this document
