Members of the public will next week get a first glimpse of plans for a major housing development in Exeter.
The 56.5-acre site at Hill Barton Farm will provide up to 750 houses and was identified by Exeter City Council. Project spokesman Chris Fayers, of Eagle One Homes, said the exhibition will provide an opportunity for residents to gain "an early insight into the design proposals that will form the basis of a future outline planning application". He said: "The work we are doing at the moment follows on from the broad principles set out in the Monkerton and Hill Barton masterplan study carried out by the city council in 2010. A planning application is likely to be submitted in November of this year."See the full content of this document
