S imon Shepherd is in an effusive mood. The star of Peak Practice simply can't contain his enthusiasm for his latest project - a stage production of Peter Nichols' play Born In the Gardens also starring Stephanie Cole.
It feels like some kind of family reunion. Simon and the playwright were both born in Bristol and they both trained at Bristol Old Vic School. By a neat coincidence, Peter wrote this play to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Bristol Old Vic in 1979 and set it in his home city.See the full content of this document
