An historic building will be opened to the public on Thursday to mark American Thanksgiving Day. Elizabethan House, at 32 New Street, on the Barbican in Plymouth will be open from 2-7pm. CULLOMPTON youngsters were the local winners in one of the UK's biggest online competitions. Pupils from Cullompton Community College were among 600 teams from the South West to compete in the Make Your Mark Challenge, in which students created and marketed a company similar to Comic Relief and Fair Trade.
