The British Library has been given an archive of one of the most influential literary figures of post-war Britain, the late Poet Laureate Ted Hughes.
The collection comprises more than 220 files and boxes of manuscripts, letters, journals, personal diaries and ephemera. It is said to offer an "invaluable resource" for researchers in all areas of the Devon-based poet's career across more than 40 years.See the full content of this document
