In Monday, September 27's edition a letter from Chas Roy- Chowhdury, head of taxation, ACCA, London, gave information about what to do if one is required to pay additional money to the HMRC. The idea is well-intentioned and meant to be helpful.

However, his position seems like a very important one and I am dismayed to see at least three grammatical errors from someone who should know better.
