Summary
Having recently bought a 56lb bag of potatoes - wonderful crop, size etc. - I discovered that most were green.
How growers can ignore the correct way of storing to prevent this baffles me. The cause is daylight; potatoes require dark, airy storage. Another cause is being left too long in daylight when lifted.See the full content of this document
