A pregnant woman who was fined pounds70 after she parked across two spaces so that she could squeeze out of her car has criticised officials after they refused to withdraw the penalty.
Elizabeth Cogill , 32, pulled into a town centre car park and tried to park in several available spaces. But because each was flanked by other cars, Ms Cogill, who was nine months pregnant, was unable to open her door fully and get out.See the full content of this document
