The lives of disadvantaged young people in Torbay are to be transformed following a pledge from the Prince's Trust to help the town's young unemployed. The charity has announced a partnership with Torbay Development Agency (TDA) to run programmes to help unemployed 16 to 30-year-olds into work, training or enterprise.
