Summary
WATCHING the stream of dreadfully injured heroes being treated at Selly Oak Hospital brings to attention the terrible lifelong punishments meted out to our young, very brave personnel, and strengthens my view that our troops must be withdrawn immediately. It matters not a lot to me that if we do, it will return that benighted country into the hands of the Taliban, or that we shall "lose face" in some way.
We have no justification for attempting to occupy a foreign, sovereign nation, and this is a battle we cannot hope to win for the simple reason that there is no obvious military target.See the full content of this document
