Summary
The total debts of NHS trusts causing severe cuts to be made in our health services are now estimated to be pounds1.3 billion.
In December 2005 Tony Blair pledged to pay the European Union pounds2.5 billion each year in addition to the already generous pounds3.5 billion a year we pay the EU. This extra sum requires a Bill in Parliament amending previous Acts to be brought before MPs approving payment of the money before it can be paid over to the EU Budget.See the full content of this document
