Quirky Look at Christmas Through Eyes of Youngsters

Summary

A couple of dozen uncles, a clutch of aunts, dogs, frogs and seven assorted children are just some of the characters appearing in a Christmas play "for voices" being staged this month. Set in the early 1970s, Seven Stars tells the story of a strange Yuletide through the eyes of youngsters who live on the fictitious Hill of Wonder, somewhere in Cornwall.

Through a series of comic reminiscences, tall tales and quirky adventures, the audience at Sterts Theatre on Bodmin Moor will be introduced to a cast of some three dozen characters in the form of a rehearsed reading.
