Rave Clean-Up 'Could Cost Thousands'

Summary


Thousands of revellers decamped from an illegal rave site in the Westcountry yesterday as residents began to deal with the aftermath of the event.

Most of the participants, numbering up to 5,000, left the disused airfield at Davidstow, near Camelford in North Cornwall, in the afternoon with the rest expected to leave over the next few days.
