Coastguards rescued a man suffering from mild hypothermia at a Westcountry seaside resort yesterday. Brixham coastguards were called to Exmouth beach at around 3.20pm, after a member of the public reported seeing the man in difficulty in the water. The 62- year-old man was brought ashore and treated for mild hypothermia on the beach.
A MOTHER and baby escaped unharmed after their car overturned following an accident on Plymouth's Ladysmith Road, Mount Gould. A police spokesman said the 40-year-old woman's silver Toyota car collided with six parked cars, before overturning.
