Risque Comedian Is a Law Unto Himself

Summary

A CRITICALLY acclaimed adult show, combining comedy, music and puppetry, makes a rare Westcountry diversion this month, following sell-out runs at last year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival and London's West End. Sammy J and the Forest of Dreams is at the Brewhouse Theatre, Taunton, for one night only on September 17.

Australian comic actor Sammy J (pictured) and puppet master Heath McIvor take the audience on an adventure into a magical forest where creatures live in harmony, picking berries for their king. But is everything really as happy as it seems? A full-length musical, the show features toe-tapping tunes - some with titles unsuitable for mention in a family newspaper - stunning visual effects and a cast of 14 puppets.
