Unions have claimed a victory in disrupting controversial exams through a boycott after the Government declined to publish some figures because of "skewed" results.
Yesterday, the Department for Education (DfE) published preliminary results for all local authority districts on Key Stage 2 tests - but Torbay and Cornwall were withheld because of concerns that a high level of boycotts in both areas would mean the figures were not representative.See the full content of this document
