Sheepdog Trials Held in Two Counties

Summary


Cornwall Sheepdog Society held two-day trials over the weekend at Sparretts Farm, Common Moor, Liskeard. The large field sloped down to the let-out pen, with a 300-yard outrun with plenty of room for either left or right-hand outruns.

The Cheviot shearlings worked well in groups of five if not pressured but any dogs which pushed too hard caused them to split up.
