Summary
Three sisters have been jailed for attacking a young woman they believed had slept with the husband of one of the women. Maria Hughes, a 29-year-old mother-of-three, admitted having launched the attack on Debbie Whyte outside Asda in St Austell on July 8 last year.
Hughes, of Bethel in St Austell, received a 12-month sentence for assault occasioning actual bodily harm, being given credit for having pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity.See the full content of this document
