A CORNISHMAN caught on CCTV kicking and slapping his girlfriend after a drinking session has been given a nine-month supervision order and told to pay Pounds 75 costs.

George Matthews, 27, of Higher Penponds, Camborne, had been drinking tequila and beer with his girlfriend before the row suddenly broke out while the pair were in London.
