UNEMPLOYED young people across Cornwall are being invited to join a training course to become qualified surfing instructors and lifeguards. The Cross Step project is now recruiting so-called Neets (not in education, employment or training) to take part in the four- week scheme, which begins next month.
After the successful Cross Step pilot scheme last summer, the new programme will begin in the spring, with graduates ready to take up jobs in the 2010 summer season.See the full content of this document
