Summary
A man is being hunted by police after he dropped his trousers and exposed himself to women on at least two separate occasions. Officers in Crediton, in Mid Devon, are trying to trace a man following two reports of indecent exposure in the last two Tuesdays. The first happened at about 4.30pm on March 20 when the man made a comment about the weather before exposing himself to a woman in her fifties. The second, which occurred at about 8am on Tuesday, happened in the same way. The suspect, who is thought to be in his twenties, is between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8in tall. He was wearing glasses, a dark baseball cap or woolly hat, a dark jacket and jogging bottoms. Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 quoting reference KC/07/184.
TRADERS have been warned to be on their guard after fake bank notes were used at fast food restaurants in North Devon. Police said counterfeit pounds10 and pounds20 notes were used in Bideford on March 17 and 24. A police spokesman said: "The quality of the notes is so bad that anyone examining them will recognise them as fake. A genuine note will have a metallic thread which can be seen on both sides of the paper and the Queen's face appears as a watermark."See the full content of this document
