Summary
For some time now I have thought it an imposition that we should have to pay a licence fee to listen to and view the BBC programmes. In this day and age a TV licence fee is quite out of date. There are so many other just as good channels giving us TV programmes without the safety net of a licence fee.
I am now even more convinced that it is time to dump this safety net handed to the BBC. First there was the pounds18 million fee for the quite untalented Jonathan Ross and vast largesse paid to the equally feeble Graham Norton.See the full content of this document
