First up is a vegetarian evening on Wednesday April 6, with five courses cooked by head chef Stuart Downie including celeriac veloute, Moroccan couscous and ravioli of wild mushrooms with caramelised onions and a light truffle cream.

"I'll be showing just how delicious and exciting vegetarian food can be," says Stuart.
