I t WAS the deal every corporate lawyer in the Westcountry would love to have worked on - but it landed firmly in the lap of Torbay's top deal-maker, Cris Boyce. The pounds200 million sale of Plymouth- based Princess Yachts International to a firm run by Bernard Arnault, the 14th richest man in the world and richest man in France, was completed in July this year.
The deal saw Princess's parent company, The Renwick Group, bought by L Capital 2 FCPR, an investment group backed by LVMH - Louis Vuitton Mot Hennessy and Groupe Arnault. Both of these firms are controlled by Mr Arnault.See the full content of this document
