Summary
"TRY it here, buy it and cook it yourself" is the aim of a new multi-million-pound food and farm development opening today in Somerset. Based around a working organic dairy farm, Puxton Park offers lovers of high-quality local and organic food a chance to eat, shop and talk to local producers about their food and the connection between food, farming and conservation. It includes a food hall specialising in local produce and two restaurants. There will be regular tastings and demonstrations at the site near Weston- super-Mare.
