Summary
As a livestock farmer, it is distressing to hear almost daily of fresh outbreaks of bovine TB in our cattle herds, of personnel and breeding being torn apart by such loss, and no positive TB being found in many carcasses. The Government's testing techniques seem not to have advanced in 55 years.
I feel the need to highlight again the fact that the badger population has been allowed to increase to such numbers that it is bound to be a health hazard, if only to its own species.
