A KEEN fisherman who was frightened of water drowned while fishing off the North Cornwall coast, a coroner has ruled.
Chris Tonkin's body was found washed into Lushington beach at Porthtowan on August 1 last year. He had spent the morning fishing from the nearby Flat Rock area - a secluded part of the coastline favoured by experienced fishermen.See the full content of this document
