'Vibrant' Atmosphere Sees Kwc Create Sparks

In the space of 18 months, environmental efficiency expert Keith Wyatt has grown his company from a start up of "no fixed abode" to an expanding business with a portfolio boasting corporate clients including Coca Cola and employing two staff. His company, KWC, moved into PIC in December. The consultancy advises clients on how they can save money and improve their business through environmental sustainability and also works with manufacturers on product design and building relationships with wholesalers and retailers. It was behind an 'intelligent' light fitting for Coca Cola, which is now being rolled out for other clients. In the past few months, company has closed deals for projects worth "in excess" of Pounds 500,000.

Mr Wyatt said: "The Pool Innovation Centre has really helped to get our business moving. It is a vibrant atmosphere to be working in, surrounded by lots of other enterprising organisations, and it is something that Cornwall badly needed.
