I WONDER if your readers could help me to trace the title and author of a book which I read 20 years ago. It was written in the years just before the First World War.

Four, maybe five, men took a ketch from Brixham Harbour and sailed to the South Atlantic. I think I remember their destination being Desolation Island - but it is not the book of that same name which keeps turning up in my book searches.
