AN initiative which encourages consumers to reduce the amount of saturated fat in their diets has been welcomed by Westcountry dairy producers.
The scheme forms phase two of the Food Standards Agency's initiative and a key focus of the campaign is encouraging shoppers to look for alternative, lower saturated-fat products, such as swapping whole or semi-skimmed milk for one per cent milk.See the full content of this document
